The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean.

Hotel in general was filthy , smells like old cigarettes, bar were closed and the buffet was disgusting. The pool was dirty and uninviting.

Pretty good service, clean bathroom and the breakfast wonderful and the staff we met were very friendly and accommodating.

Decent location and Ithaca was beautiful. Lobby was fine and inviting enough, the front desk staff were friendly enough, also, the bed was very comfortable. Two different types of pillows were there as well and as free breakfasts go, I thought this one was especially good.

This hotel very clean and we just returned home from our stay. Pleasant front staff and clean, updated bathroom. Mini fridge was working fine.

The mattress was worn out and lord knows was living in, the coffee cups were dirty.
