  Very good value and location, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, house keeping was wonderful. The price was exceptional and lobby was clean and helpfull. Suite was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice.

  Service was bad, overall the facility was old and dirty.

  Restaurant area were very nice and our hotel room was better than expected. The lobby was clean, staff were friendly and internet worked well the last day. Pillows were very comfortable, food was good.

  Very good value for the money and nice staff. Some rooms better than others and free breakfast. Local tourist information leaflets helpful.

  Overpriced bar and the sofa wasn't fresh. Dirty towels, the swimming pool looked filthy.

  Cheap hotel 10 minutes from tcu, friendly staff and the rooms were clean, and nice.
